Dennis J. Black has 40+  years of real estate experience.  He served as Lee County Special Magistrate for the Value Adjustment Board from 2012-2023.  He then took a position for a year as the Lead Commericial Appraiser for the Lee County Property Appraiser's Office. He was the 2008 National Instructor of the Year for Appraisal and was the 2009 National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers "Appraiser of the Year"  He has also served as a real property Value Adjustment Board magistrate in Charlotte and Manatee Counties.  He is the first appraiser ever from the state of Florida to sit on the Appraisal Standards Board which the US Congress recognizes as the promulgator of the only appraisal standards allowed for Federally related Transactions.
